Mr. Fliman's practice includes all aspects of financial restructuring, with an emphasis on strategic litigation. Mr. Fliman's clients include creditors, shareholders, boards, investors, asset purchasers and debtors. Mr. Fliman has been heavily involved in the Puerto Rico Title III proceeding and the Toys "R" Us and Westinghouse chapter 11 cases. He previously had significant roles in the Lehman Brothers, J.Crew, Sabine Oil & Gas and Caesars Entertainment situations, among myriad other high-profile matters.
